As the open movement gets stronger and stronger, how do we nurture, support and grow distributed leadership? Leveraging experiences gained from leading Mozilla Foundation’s leadership development efforts (fellowships and awards), and from leading the Uncommon Women Initiative, we will lead a guided discussion and workshop, inviting participants to collaborate to envision what leadership development for the movement would look like.
