Open Educational Video Resources in Civil Engineering at the RWTH Aachen University - RWTH Aachen University currently is Germany’s national leader in terms of the digitalization strategies for higher education and only recently started the second phase of the said program. The first phase of the digitalization strategy for teaching ran from 2014 to 2017. During this period, it was possible to establish many innovative and sustainable blended learning programs.
