Over the past four years, we at Hamburg Open Online University have developed a process model to develop digital projects for open education together with the content authors. The model combines digital qualification, technical support, community building, and project facilitation.Besides presenting our model in a workshop we intend to get some feedback from practitioners in the workshop in order to adapt, improve and complement the current programme for digital qualification.
