In the session we will exchange ideas on the articulation of the free culture movement with other social movements and with alternative media. The presenters will tell cases from Uruguay and other countries, of coordination with the feminist movement, with the Afro-descendants movement, and with media activism groups. Participants will discuss how CC licenses and free culture activism contribute to other social movements, and what types of articulations strengthen access to knowledge while contributing to strengthen other civil rights.
