This panel will address the possibilities of engaging the european creative hubs leaders in promoting the Creative Commons licenses and the open culture movement within the communities they support. Taking the successful example of "CC contact point" created by Dinamo10, in Portugal, we will discuss different possibilites and define models and/ or guidelines that can easily be implemented/ adopted by any creative hub around the globe.
