Rafael is an architect with both public and private practice.
He is the Program / Operations Manager @ FabLab Lisboa a Creative Hub that mixes a maker space with a broad community, events, workshops and residencies, and now in the way of creating a BioLab.
He is also the co-founder and coordinator of Repair Café Lisboa.
He collaborates regularly with the Maker and FabLabs Portugal networks, as well as with the ECHN.
