Master in Management of Documents and Archives by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, with Specialization in Management and Protection of the Patrimony of Science and Health by the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation. He holds a degree in Archivology from the Fluminense Federal University and a Law Degree from the Unified Society of Higher Education and Culture. He is currently an instructor at the Civil Police Academy Sílvio Terra. He has experience in the area of Intelligence, with emphasis on Public Security, working mainly on the following topic: Information and knowledge management.
