PhD and MS in Information Science by the Brazilian Institute of Scientific and Technological Information / Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (IBICT / UFRJ), is Information and Communication Coordinator of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), a public health research institution affiliated at the Ministry of Health of Brazil. He also coordinates the Open Science Steering Committee and the Fiocruz Observatory on Science, Technology and Innovation in Health. She is also a lecturer in the Post-Graduation Program on Health Information and Communication at Fiocruz Institute of Communication and Scientific and Technological Information (ICICT). His research interests are related to the fields of Knowledge Management and Open Science.
