Stephen leads the team at IFLA working to promote a better policy environment for the world's 320 000 libraries and their billion + users. IFLA works on a range of issues from access to information to privacy, development and Internet governance, and is strongly engaged in discussions about better exceptions and limitations to copyright in the EU and at WIPO. IFLA is keen to work with like-minded organisations in order to highlight how access to knowledge can build a better, fairer, more creative world. Stephen will be joined by Victoria Owen, IFLA Board Member and Chief Librarian, University of Toronto, Scarborough.
